It’s time to think about getting up – notice we said ‘think about getting up’. Now’s the time in that warm glow between sleepfulness and wakefulness when you can bathe in the cool refreshing music we play and the gentle thoughts we bring.

The idea is to slowly move you into the day. As dawn rises, so will you, refreshed and ready to ‘seize the day’ with both hands.

The music is relaxing with just a hint of beat at times bringing you round from sleep in a comfortable way.
