Lift Up Your Hearts is a programme featuring a guest presenter each week. It has a simple uncomplicated format – hymns and sacred songs with words of inspiration from the bible read by Rachel Whittaker. It features just simple words and good music, half an hour well spent in a refreshing oasis for the world weary.

Timeslot: Every Sunday between 8am and 8.30am, repeated at 11am & 8pm. Also on Thursdays at 9am & 7pm

This programme welcomes requests via the ‘Requests’ button or by telephone.
