Quick fire, favourite songs with a fairly brisk beat taken mainly from our rock and pop catalogue, blended with the occasional encouraging thought or quote, are designed to give you that ‘second wind’ to help you enjoy the evening. If you’re at home when you’re listening, then making the meal and all other chores will just go like lightening and you’ll wonder where the time has gone!
